We partnered with Penta for 11 months as they grew from 140 to over 200 people. Being delivery focussed, they were looking for strong talent so that they could scale quickly but had limited internal resource for recruitment and an inexperienced talent recruitment team. We supported the C-suite leadership team to speed up and reduce the cost of hiring across all business functions including Product Managers, Developers, Technical Architects, Project Managers and Talent Managers. We also worked on building and training a recruitment function, as well as establishing internal hiring processes to support future growth.

Candis needed more Product Management resource to help take their products to the next level and develop and release new products into the market.
